# SHIPPING POLICY

### 📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within **2 to 4 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

### 🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 * **Standard Shipping:** Estimated delivery within **5 to 7 business days** after dispatch.

 * **Express Shipping:** Estimated delivery within **2 to 4 business days** after dispatch.

### 📍 Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

### ❌ Damaged Items

We take packaging posters very seriously so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please email us within **48 hours** at **support@posterdrip.in** with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly toward a replacement or solution.
