Thank you for shopping with Poster Drip. Please read our policy regarding returns, damages, and refunds below.
No Returns and No Refunds
Except as explicitly outlined below for damaged or incorrect items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.
⚠️ Mandatory Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will not accept returns or exchanges if the product gets damaged unless specific video proof is provided. You must share videos and images starting from before opening the package onwards. A continuous recording must be there, then we will let you know what the process is.
To report a damaged or incorrect item for evaluation:
The recording must start before the package is opened, clearly showing the shipping label and the condition of the sealed package.
It must continue uninterrupted until the product is fully unpacked and the damage or issue is clearly visible.
Share this video and relevant images with us at posterdrip.in@gmail.com immediately upon reception. We will inspect the footage to evaluate the issue and let you know the next steps. We cannot process any claims for damaged items without this uninterrupted recording.
